- I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, we invite you to send us an email to info @qlubselection.com to make the change.
The change will be possible, we will inform our team and our carrier.
Please note, these steps are possible if your order has not yet been shipped. Otherwise, you will have to wait for the order to be returned to us if the address was not correct.
- I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR MY ORDER
If you have not received a confirmation email, we invite you to check your spam folder. If this is not the case, you can contact us at info@qlubselection.com . We will confirm if your order has been taken into account.
- HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER ?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Otherwise, your tracking number is available in your account, in the “My orders” section.
- I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
My order has not been updated for 3 days
Rest assured, 3 days after validation of your order, it is necessarily in our hands, ready to be shipped (excluding Mondays and weekends, public holidays). Your delivery status will update automatically. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us.
I did not receive my order
We will open an investigation with the carrier you have selected, in order to locate your package and offer you the best solution. Please note that the processing time for an inquiry is approximately 3 weeks.
My package has been returned to you
As soon as we receive your package, we will not fail to contact you to validate a new shipment.

RETURNS
As an independent company, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final.
We provide measurements in our listings, please check them before making a purchase.

According to current regulations, the tax refund only applies to new products. On second-hand items sold at QLUB SELECTION, tax refund cannot be granted to you.
